I am thankful for many things, every day, down to the fact that shoes exist (I have sensitive feet! I can't imagine walking outside without shoes on.). :0) However, I would be here all day if I listed all the things that I am thankful for. So, on this fine Thursday I'll just blog about one of those things, instead.
I am thankful for my dining room table. That sturdy, rectangled polished slab of wood on four legs has seen many family dinners. It's been the holder of a few good card games had between Darrell and I, as well as family board games. It's been a nice flat surface for me to fold hundreds of loads of laundry. Countless conversations have been had at that table. Scrapbooks have been created. Homework has been done at that table. Letters have been written. Bibles have been read. Conversations have been had. Jokes have been told. Naps have been taken, by our cat of course.
I love my dining room table, and feel so blessed to have one.
