God and Cookies

What a beautiful Palm Sunday! The sun shone brightly through fat fluffy clouds. The temperature was perfect. God showered our green grass and lovely trees with a little rain after the sun went down. The day was spent with the ones I love...and couldn't have been better. Oh happy, glorious day. Ahhhh.

We are full of joy in God because of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of him,
God has brought us back to himself. Romans 5:11

This week my family and I will be reading the Easter story, and discussing God's amazing gift of eternal life. I found a really fun way of teaching the kiddos the Easter story in the form of a baking lesson. Nothing better than a visual and tasty lesson to help get that memory box in tip top condition. God and cookies....can't beat that!
