My phone chimed "Brown Eyed Girl" indicating that she was calling back. I'd just gotten off the phone with my oldest child, so I was surprised to hear back from her so soon.
With joyful tears she asked me to gather everyone around and put her on speaker.
"We're having a boy!"
Exuberant cheers filled every inch of space and instant tears were shed as we discovered that the wee little person who'll be here to grace our world and extend our family, come October, is a precious baby boy.
Praise be to God for such sweet blessings! We are all so thrilled!
