Hebrews 10:24-25

Before the matriarch of our family passed away, my beloved grandmother was insistent upon constant family meals together, from as far back as I can remember. While our family was on the smaller side, even then, it always felt like we were a massive group to my child-like mind. Strength in numbers, as the saying goes.

We don't meet up near as much as we once did and, truth be told, we're all scattered out in different cities making family meals a bit more difficult to plan routinely. It's nearly impossible to get everyone in our family together at the same time, and we were definitely missing some today, but it was such a treat to be able to sit at the same table with those who were able to make it to lunch, nonetheless. My soul needed that family time. The ramen was simply a tasty bonus! Great pick, Wesley! Can't wait to see you guys again!

Children's children are a crown to the aged, and parents are the pride of their children.
